Ballet conditioning helps enhance training and add enjoyment to regular class whether ballet or modern dance. It is comprised of Italian Fisiotechnica exercises, blended with Progressive Ballet Technique and Pilates for dance.
The largely floor based exercises some of which involve using exercise balls and bands, give the body a very precise opportunity to strengthen and lengthen safely by isolating a muscle or joint or targeting a muscle group or movement sequence.
Supplementing syllabus classes with these conditioning classes should help speed up the rate of physical achievement in regular RAD/ISTD classes and boost overall dancing fun!
Classes are drop in £8 in advance or £10 cash on the day.
Please bring a mat and a ball if you have them ( a number are available to borrow too).
