Exercise kit or dance attire with ballet shoes (or socks for a trial) or tap shoes (or a closed toe hard shoe for a tap trial).
Adult dance classes will improve your posture, balance, joint power, flexibility, coordination, overall body strength, energy flow and considerably activate your mind and senses too. Lots of fun & a great sense of achievement.

Traditional Ballet Class (Beginners/mixed or experienced)
An adult ballet class for anyone who wishes they had danced as a child or who did and fancy returning again! Warm up, Barre, Centre work (port de bras, travelling sequences, turns & allegro) Stretch. Classical music. Including technical use of the balletic body whilst having fun with dance patterns, sequences & short routines.
Ballet Barre & Core (all levels)
A work out class that uses the elements of a classical Ballet Barre & Pilates to help you strengthen & tone your body, enhance coordination and lengthen muscles. Simple exercises with considerable benefits. Mats and therabands available to borrow but do bring if you have them.
Tap (Beginners Mixed & Experienced)
A super fun, musical tap class, consolidating the basic steps & rhythms. Progressing as the weeks go by and in turn developing a strong technique to put into exercises and little routines.
